Terms & Conditions of Order

Our acceptance of your Order, and the completion of the Contract between us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you to the contrary. Your receipt of an email Invoice does not constitute the completion of a Contract between us, merely that you have placed us in a position of being able to receive full payment for your Order.

We reserve the right to decline or rescind any Order. We may decline your Order for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons :-

• The Product is unavailable
• We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a Product pricing or Product description error
• The identification of a discrepancy in the details that you have supplied with your Order

Please note that domain name registration is automatic. As soon as you have paid online for your domain names, the information is sent automatically to the appropriate Registrar, and the names will be set up on the global WhoIs databases. So please ensure that you enter your desired domain name correctly. If you mistype the name, it will be registered as entered, and it will not be possible to give you a refund.
